Returns
Our costumers are very important to us, and we do our best to deliver a high quality product to you!
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item. You can contact us at info@aestheticalchemyart.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please return your artwork to us within 7 days of the date we agreed to a return. The artwork will need to be shipped with tracking.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is undamaged, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Commissioned or custom items
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of commissioned art or custom/print on demand items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Also we strongly suggest you take photo's of the item before shipping and the packaging for insurance purposes.
We do not refund for items that were lost after tracking shows item was delivered.
