Shipping policy

We usually ship within 2-3 business days. All parcels are send with a tracking number. All Original Art is shipped with insurance. 

All items are packed with the utmost care to make sure it arrives at the collectors home safely. I do everything in my power to ship out as soon as possible (2-3 business days), but please keep in mind I do not control shipping times once the item leaves my studio. 

Delivery estimates:

3 - 6 business days within Australia.

International 7 - 14 days for most countries.

Commissioned pieces will be shipped out once they are ready. Time depends on how long a painting takes to create, but the collector will be given an time frame before the commission starts, and kept up to date during the creation of the painting.

I do not offer refunds if package is stolen or damaged after tracking states item was delivered.
